First Thursdays give the residents of Overstrand a platform to be heard by Mayor Annelie Rabie and her Mayoral Committee Members, as well as the Municipal Manager, Dean O’Neill, and all the Directors – whether you want to pitch an idea, or raise issues that you are encountering.

No appointment is needed as the sessions will be conducted on a first come, first serve basis. Sessions are kept brief in order to accommodate as many people as possible.

In addition to the First Thursdays initiative, Premier Alan Winde will visit the Overstrand on 9 May for a Cabinet Outreach
